We're putting the finishing touches to our new AI-driven chatbot feature and will release it in the very near future!
Now, chatbots aren't a new thing, as entire companies have sprung up to create them and add them to business owners' websites, but what we have noticed is that they are, in fact, very complicated to understand. Some are based on flowcharts and complex decision-making when a potential customer just wants to know how to book a meeting or what your products and services cost.
"So, we wondered if there was a simpler way to create chatbots!"
And we found that yes, there is. ChatGPT can do it so we built an entire new feature of YourAI that does chatbottery for our users. And it's done in a few simple steps, starting with adding a whole bunch of questions and answers.
What's your phone number? Do you have an email address? How can I book a meeting? Who's behind the company? What are your opening hours? All very common questions and ok, they can mostly be found by digging around a website, but why not just give those questions and answers to a chatbot and let it work it out for itself?
And that's exactly what we've done. Our chatbots just need your knowledge added to them; as much or as little as you like. You then tweak a few simple settings like colour, alignment, icon choice and distance from the edge of the browser window and away you go.

And that activates your chatbot directly on your website. But you can have as many chatbots as you like so you could have one for your homepage which is sales-related, and others for different pages around your website dedicated to more technical matters. We'll be building one into YourAI so our users can ask questions about our built-in features and get help whenever they need it.
